Refund Request Window

• Add-on credits that have already been used or materially consumed are non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund

• The reason for the refund request

Review and Processing

Once we receive your request, we will review it and notify you of the outcome. If approved, the refund will be returned to the original payment method.

The refund amount may be subject to a processing fee not exceeding 6% of the original payment amount.
